    Hi Sherry.

How fun to live in Japan. I have many Japanese Exchange students call me mom and teacher.. from 15 years ago. One of our year projects was to make a cookbook. I wish I still had a copy. I should hunt down some of my families and see if anyone has one.

I’ve never made the sauce, myself, before.. but I can’t get it here.. so I’m excited to have a recipe to try.

Thanks for leaving a comment. It was good to know you were here. :)
