Flickr Fun

Image via WikipediaI sold my soul to the devil bought a pro Flickr membership.

I’ve dabbled, over the last few years, with a free Flickr account. I mostly upload photos, mark them private, and then used them in blog.

I decided, though, that I could be more organized and share, more, since I’ve started doing more with the camera.. and I also wanted to join the Flickr photo group for our local photographer meet-up..

So, I did it.

The only major difference, that I expected was the drop of the 100mb monthly limit and the ability to have all my photos show, not just the last 200 uploaded..

It seemed economical at $24.95 for the year, too.

So, I learned how to make sets. I uploaded some photos, from recent photo walks, and some shots, from playing with the camera settings..

I decided to set my photos with a Creative Commons Share Alike.. I LOVE the Creative Commons Flickr Search Page.

Since I had only previously used Flickr, for storage, I had no idea that Flickr has some amazing tools, on board, too!

Stay tuned for some Phree Photo Phun.. coming up next!
