Heads, you’re it! In the Name of Yellow.

hungry for home One of my library treasures, from last week, is Hungry for Home by Amy Rogers.

This is one of six “Southern” cuisine related cookbooks that I’m learning from, this month.

Hungry for Home is recipes with their stories.. rich southern history..

I chose this book, specifically, for Peach Cobbler. I was intrigued with the simplicity of sliced peaches, on a buttered dish, topped with dough and.. covered in boiling water!

This is perfect cobbler. Its moist, sweet, cakey..

I’m going to try it, with strawberries, as suggested, next time.

This Peach Cobbler, in the bottom left corner, is my Yellow contribution to Heads or Tails.
