Spaghetti and Italian Seasoned Rollz

Spaghetti Sauce Pintz

I served HM Spaghetti and then put up 12 pints of sauce, in the freezer!

Yes I did. :)

Italian Seasoned Rollz

And I tried to make the Garlic Rollz, again.

I used the dough cycle, on the bread machine, and there were two successful rises. The texture was good.

I substituted the parsley with dried italian seasoning. This was good.

But not great. It needs something. Its not “yeasty” like I’d like. I don’t know, yet, how to even try to compensate for that, with this recipe.

I wonder if adding parmesan cheese would be good. I think I’ll just try another recipe.

These rollz weren’t bad. They just weren’t “it.”

The sauce.. WIN!
