Have you met Malisa?

I was knee-deep in research, about dough conditioners when I met Malisa’s Food Blog.

I, quickly, found myself with several tabs open.. full of fun little things I needed to “do.”

I’m a bit perplexed about glutamates and some of the ingredients in Malisa’s dough conditioner.. but I am intrigued to try it, because what I’ve learned will help the reasons I don’t use Whole Wheat, more often. I, also, noticed that my vital wheat gluten contains vitamin C. Who knew?

I feel more stress to learn to perfect HM tortillas, now, so I can make these freezer burritos! These are right up my “yum alley.”

I think I need to make these freezer pizza dough balls, too!

I’m always looking for ways to use up buttermilk, cream and half and half. I will be trying this bread recipe and these Cream Drop Biscuits.

Malisa’s Sweet Pea Risotto and this Cole Slaw fit the requirements, for this week’s project..
I haven’t made a cole slaw, I like, yet. :)

(As a side note, Girlie, here’s a recipe for coconut cupcakes, to pass along to Jacob.)

Malisa, your blog brings my foodie heart joy. It would be so much fun to cook in your kitchen. I noticed your red tea kettle and cookware. I love red, in the kitchen. The square dishes are yummy, too. Thanks for sharing all your culinary experience with the world. I never considered making HM Hand Sanitizer. Hmmm..
